Get Running Quickly

Obtaining a 30-day license for your existing Nsort installation is easy; just fill out all fields in this form and a temporary license key will be emailed to you immediately.

Identifying Your System

A license for Nsort needs the identifying information of the target system. If your license has expired, Nsort displayed the system license information in its error message. For example:

If you want to obtain a license before the old one expires, invoke Nsort with an empty license to generate the New license info message:

nsort '-license=""'

Request Temporary License

Enter the entire "New license info" line displayed by Nsort. This is the last line of the error message saying that the current license is not valid. :

Temporary License Agreement

Please read the following license agreement for your use of Nsort with the temporary license you are requesting. If you agree with the terms and conditions, check the following checkbox.

  1. You are being provided with a temporary license key for Nsort (herein referred to as the Software) by Ordinal Technology Corp(herein referred to as "we" or "us".
  2. You understand the Software contains technology that is considered to be trade secret by us.
  3. You agree to not distribute the Software, nor reverse engineer it, nor allow any third party to access the Software.
  4. We have made a good-faith effort to ensure correctness the Software. However, THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR USING THE SOFTWARE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES) OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
  5. You will not disclose any Software performance results to any third party without Ordinal Technology's express permission.
